Heather will help coordinate your surgery with the hospital, Dr. Lilja’s schedule, and any referring physician that does gynecologic surgery that you may want involved. She will work with your insurance company to get approval for your surgery and any obtain any other authorizations needed. |

Marcy can help you better understand the way your insurer is handling your claim, and to help you navigate disputes you may experience. |

Bianca works part-time (Monday and Friday) when patients are visiting the office, to ensure your call gets answered, by a caring person, when the others are helping patients on site. She can get your prescriptions refilled, messages relayed, and schedule tests. |
